1. About these terms
The SiteSight website is operated by Bradley Pearce trading as SiteSight, whose business and service address is 33 Lower Street, Salhouse, Norwich, NR13 6RH, United Kingdom. By using the website, public demonstration or downloadable test editions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services. SiteSight is an early-stage product and is not yet offered as a paid commercial service.
2. Permitted use
You may view the website, explore the fictional demonstration and use the downloadable editions internally to evaluate SiteSight. You must use only fictional or non-sensitive sample information and comply with applicable law.
3. Prohibited use
- Do not enter live personal, payroll, customer, supplier, confidential Site or commercially sensitive information.
- Do not attempt to defeat security, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit SiteSight or remove ownership notices.
- Do not use SiteSight to make unlawful, fraudulent or harmful records or decisions.
4. Demonstration and downloads
The demonstration uses fictional accounts and device-local test data. Downloadable editions run locally and do not provide a secure shared company database, managed backup service or production support. Test changes may be lost, reset or remain only in the browser profile used.
5. Availability and changes
SiteSight may change, suspend or withdraw any early-access feature, demonstration, download or website content without promising continuous availability. Features shown may change before commercial release.
6. Intellectual property
SiteSight, its branding, interface, software, written content and original assets are protected by intellectual-property rights. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to evaluate the available material; ownership is not transferred.
7. Information and illustrative savings
Website content is general product information, not professional construction, legal, tax, payroll or financial advice. Any time or cost example is illustrative and not a guaranteed saving. Actual outcomes depend on a customer’s workforce, processes, adoption and Site conditions.
8. Responsibility
The early-access website, demonstration and downloads are provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SiteSight is not responsible for business decisions, production records, lost test data or indirect losses arising from reliance on a non-production edition. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. External services
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. SiteSight does not control their content, availability or terms.
10. Privacy
Personal information handled through the website is described in the SiteSight privacy notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
12. Contact
