1. Who is responsible
SiteSight is operated by Bradley Pearce trading as SiteSight. Bradley Pearce is the controller of personal information handled through this website and its early evaluation enquiries. 2. Information we may receive
- Information you include in an email, such as your name, business contact details, company and enquiry.
- Evaluation-interest details, including approximate company size, likely Site count, roles and workflows you want to assess.
- Basic technical and security information generated when the website is accessed, such as IP address, browser, device, access time and diagnostic logs.
- Feedback you voluntarily provide about SiteSight.
Do not send payroll information, employee records, live Site data, confidential drawings or special-category personal data through the public demonstration, downloads or an evaluation-interest email.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and take steps you request before a possible evaluation or contract.
- To understand demand and prepare suitable evaluation access.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and demonstration.
- To improve SiteSight using voluntary feedback.
- To meet legal obligations and protect legal rights.
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving SiteSight, consent where specifically requested, or compliance with law.
SiteSight does not currently add enquiry contacts to a marketing list, sell personal information or use it for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who information may be shared with
Information may be handled by service providers supporting website hosting, security, business email and technical operations, and by professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. Providers are given only the information needed for their service and are expected to protect it.
5. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, SiteSight will rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
General enquiries that do not lead to an evaluation are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Evaluation administration records may be retained for up to 24 months after the evaluation ends, and essential contractual records may be retained for up to six years where needed to establish or defend legal rights. Technical security logs are retained only for appropriate operational periods. When secure evaluations open, their verified workspace and backup deletion schedule will be stated in the accepted evaluation terms.
7. Cookies and similar technology
SiteSight does not currently use advertising or marketing-analytics cookies on this website. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technology for security, delivery and access management. A consent choice will be added before any non-essential analytics or advertising technology is introduced.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to processing, receive portable information and withdraw consent. Send a request to the email above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Security and links
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. External websites and services have their own privacy practices.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated as SiteSight develops. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date. A separate production privacy notice and data-processing agreement will be introduced before customers are invited to use SiteSight with live operational information.
